		<description>The acorns have gone to California. This year was a bumper crop year for acorns at my parents place near Sacramento Ca. Up the valley a little way in Chico Ca (Where I live) acorns seem to be about the same as usual. 

Its a really small sample size, two town, one researcher, totally guesstimated numbers. But I&#039;m not seeing an acorn shortage here in California. I wonder what&#039;s making the difference.</description>
