		<description>So what do they do with the water?  There are a lot of things they COULD do with it but you don&#039;t really give us any information.  Perhaps including something beyond a brief factoid would enrich this post.  
Its good news though, I hope they aren&#039;t just dumping it into rock creek  or the Potomac.</description>
