@mael You are misreading me. McCain picked Palin because she’s a woman, not because she’s a qualified woman (she isn’t qualified, and there are certainly no shortage of qualified woman in the GOP, I wonder how Kay Bailey Hutchison is feeling right about now).
She is a rightwing vagina. Even her mother-in-law said she had no idea what she offered McCain besides being a woman and being really conservative.
So Sarah Palin is a rightwing vagina. That’s it. It’s not sexist, it’s the sum of what she brings to the McCain ticket. I’m just calling it like it is.
@Shea How did I misunderstand you? You reduced Sarah Palin to her genitalia, stripped her of her humanity, and in the process managed to insult every one who does possess a vagina. That’s the damn textbook definition of sexism.
Criticize her on the issues, hell, that should keep you busy for a couple of weeks. Mocking her gender is not only a lazy approach, it’s counterproductive, demeaning, and an insult to progressivism.

Sarah Palin is a joke of a candidate chosen simply because she has a vagina and Focus on the Family likes her. Again, that’s not sexist, that’s the truth of the matter. I make no judgments on her abilities because of her genitalia.
Seriously? This needs to be explained to you? That referring to a person as her genitalia is disgustingly misogynist? Pick up the clue phone already.
Way to be progressive there. Real intelligent analysis of the issues too.
And yes I know Palin’s policy positions suck, as do McCain’s, and that they both should be criticized for them. But if you can’t manage to criticize Palin’s policies without resorting to knuckle-dragging, dehumanizing sexism, just hang it up because Karl Rove is playing you like a kazoo.
