		<description>I&#039;ve done both, and those two hours are noticed.  It&#039;s the difference between having an evening and getting home to eat and sleep.  The extra day off is awesome, so it&#039;s up to personal preference.

Hooray for any organization that offers the choice, though.  I&#039;m still in favor of communities that can support bicycle commutes, though.  This is just a stop-gap, really.  Also, telecommuting rocks if you can get it.  Zero gas options always outperform gas-reduction options.
