		<description>Wow.  I thought it was dumb when Joe Barton said that we should just &quot;get shade&quot; in response to global warming, but this is even worse.  

It&#039;s like when Joe Boehner said &quot;The idea that CO2 is a carcinogen that is harmful to our environment is almost comical.&quot;

I really don&#039;t think all Republicans have to be anti-science, and i don&#039;t dislike them for being conservative.  But what can we say when the leaders who speak for the party invent their own science?</description>
