		<description>I doubt gas will go down enough to really cause a wave of wastefulness, and make anyone forget. Most people are onto the whole goverment plan too, about lowering gas as election creeps up.
The good thing is, is it goes down just a little, people will support local businesses again because they&#039;ll have a few extra dollars.</description>

Theres something about necessity and invention which seems to have proven true time and time again throughout history.
