Find te facts , and don't stress on opinions ("She looks like the effing cryptkeeper")...... because she doesn't .. and i am sure that there is a logical reason for the water usage. perhaps she fogot to turn of the hose , or the pool filler and went on vacatiom. and with her busy schedule there are somany possibilities.
