		<description>Is it best for blacktop rural raods(45 mph) to be shaded by trees or have the trees cut down and expose the road to the full sunlight?  What about the same roads being partially covered.  This is in norhtern Wisconsin .  We have temps as low as -50 degrees and as high as 100 degrees.  The car count on most of these roads would be about 100 cars per day plus or minus.  Please just don&#039;y throw this away but at least refer me to someone that can answer tthis question.
