Heh - no, those are freaky *low*! Notice how the jumpers have someone on the tower hand-deploy their pilot chutes as they jump? That's because it's so low, they wouldn't have time for the pilot chute to inflate in freefall as usual and deploy their canopy. Yikes! “Freaky high turbines”? Heh – no, those are freaky *low*!
