.. ENViRONMENTAL PROBLEMS ..

** I’m a 13 year old student from the Philippines.

Well, for me its always an issue. So what are we waiting for? Let’s think of something that can make our surroundings the way it really should be. And ofcourse, DO iT! Can’t you see what’s happening on our surroundings? Do you know that everything we do on our daily lives affect our nature? Everything should be balanced, human activities from the nature, technology from the nature as well. If you really care of your surroundings you’ ll do something, you can always start with yourself.

First, conserve water or energy by simply using it the time we need it.

Second, throw your trashes in the garbage cans and avoid loitering anywhere you want to. Or just recycle it.

Third, lessen the use of plastic bags. Instead, just use reusable bags as containers. I come up to think of it that if we just keep on saying ” STOP USiNG PLASTiC BAGS.” Nothing change, we never follow this. Know why? Because the government don’t do something, they don’t listen. I just hope that they’ ll think of a way so that it may happen. And that’ s closing factories of plastic bags and replacing those factories into factories of reusable bags. Yes, it’ s not that easy to do but if we’ ll try to, it can help and there’ ll be a great change ahead. No, I am not saying that all plastic things must be stop, I only said that the plastic bags must be stop NOW. Because not all things in plastic are waste, some are better to be plastic, some are not.

About papers, it’ s the same with the plastics. It takes lot of years to dissolve. But all of us need papers so it’ s not a big problem at all compare with the plastic ones. I think another way to lessen the problems on earth is if everyone recycles. Maybe a time would come that the garbage collectors will only collect the biodegradable waste and not the non- biodegradable wastes. Why? Because all of us should practice recycling. Why not? But I’m pretty sure that everyone may find it difficult to adapt on that way of living. It may clean our place, the water and we’ ll breathe fresher air.

Wonder what a beauty of nature is?

we need to keep our environment safe as possible so that we could see less people dying. if we dont take care of our environment we could damage our world. if we dont keep the environment clean we can end up having the swine flu

All of these problems are linked to each other. Humans must address this from a standpoint of we are the problem things as simple as recycling can reduce emission. But we don’t do it as if it matters,we baby boomers are responsible for many of the problems and we need to help our children and grand children correct these problems and we must start now before the earth decides to correct them on her own. The earth was designed to support humans and it will correct things if it must it has done it in the past , the last ice age for example,and it will do it again.

@ republican : PLz don’t mind me saying this but i really think that some Americans give a blind eye to the rest of the world. i mean, u guys act as if nothing exists beyond America. If any one American has the right to live in this planet,so do I. If any one American deserves everything,so do I. If any one American has the right to choose his/her own way of life, so do I and I WILL FIGHT ANY DAMN AMERICAN TO WIN OVER MY RIGHT.IS it so difficult to see how rapidly our environmant is degrading? how long are we going to pretend that we’re really OK with what’s going on? I mean we don’t really have change everything single-handedly. everyone of us can take small step which will aggregate to a bigger step. each individual’s awareness will have a huge impact if we’re just a bit careful about how we are spending the scarce resources.If you can’t do anything about this global problem,then don’t do anything.but plz don’t say anything AGAINST it.
